Hi Ms. Zeiler, Thanks for the super fast reply. I have had some bad experiences with agents in the past, who wouldn't call me back right away or just didn't want to take their time because I don't have a lot of money to spend on a home. I have no horses right now, but I am seeking a home, be it a barn, metal building, earth home or conventional on at least a couple of acres because I want to get a horse and will need someone to help me decide what kind of horse would be best for me. I won't use any other agent but you when I am ready to buy. Thanks again for being patient with me.... Greg Watts

Dear Trudy, I have been meaning to thank you for the packet you sent us regarding what you have to offer potental clients. Yes, we removed our home from the market. we understand it is a bad time and hopefully will pick up in the future!!! We were VERY unhappy with West USA Realty. They never did list our home/property, as Horse Property. We had discussed this with them to no avail. We will relist either late next spring or early summer. We have learned what to expect from a realtor and need someone that is going to be eager to help us sell. THAT is the whole point! My son has his realty license, but he lives in South Gilbert. We do have numerous friends that are realtors. We want, as I stated before, someone that will really be eager and market our home/property correctly. We know what we need and want.
